What teams ask before they pick a plan.
Do I need Consent Mode v2 advanced?
If you run Google Ads or GA4 in the EEA, yes. Advanced mode lets Google model the conversions a visitor declines instead of dropping them. Velo wires it for you on every plan.
What happens when a visitor rejects?
You still measure. Velo sends the right consent signals, so Google models the conversion from consented traffic. Add the server side option and even more of that signal is recovered first party.
Do I need a developer to install Velo?
No. It is one snippet or a Google Tag Manager template, and we ship install guides for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and the rest. Most sites are live in minutes.
How often does Velo scan my site?
Every plan starts with a full cookie and tracker scan when you onboard. On Pro and Server, Velo rescans your site automatically every month, and you can run a manual scan from the platform whenever you want. The Free plan keeps its onboarding scan only.
What support is included?
Pro includes email support and Server adds a priority line. The Free plan does not include support. The help centre and the install guides cover setup.
What is the server side option?
It is a project, not a plan you buy in the checkout. Our data team scopes a server side setup with you — server side tagging, Consent Mode v2 enforced on the server, and your first party data landing in your own warehouse — then quotes the work. Talk to us and we will tell you what we can deliver and when.
Can I change plans or cancel?
