Consent Mode support

Start with Velo, not Google.

Missing Consent Mode or TCF signals on your Google tags? Velo support is your first contact. How to reach us, how fast we reply and what we cover.

Why to contact Velo first

Velo sets the consent signals on your website. If your Google tags are missing Consent Mode or TCF signals, or show the wrong state, contact Velo support first, not Google.

We can see how Velo is set up on your site and fix the cause with you. Google support asks for proof that you contacted your consent platform before it helps, so keep our reply.

How to reach us

A person on the Velo team reads and answers every message. There is no bot.

How fast we reply

First reply times, in business days
PlanFirst reply
FreeWithin 2 business days
Pro, Server and CustomWithin 1 business day

Business days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays in Spain. Most messages get an answer the same working day.

The first reply is a technical answer: what we found on your site and the first step to fix it. It is never just a note that we will get back to you.

What support covers

  • Setting up the latest version of Google Consent Mode correctly, with the snippet or the Velo CMP template in Google Tag Manager.
  • Questions about the TCF and Velo’s current TCF status.
  • The Velo banner on your websites: wording, design, regions and behaviour.
  • Ongoing troubleshooting for all of the above, for as long as you use Velo, on every plan.

What to send

Include what helps us see the problem straight away:

  • Your website address and the page where it happens.
  • What you expected, and what you saw.
  • Your latest Scanner result, or a screenshot of the debug panel or Tag Assistant.
  • Whether the site uses Google Tag Manager, gtag.js or Google tag gateway.
