1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar storage are small pieces of data a site keeps in your browser. Some are needed for the page to work. Others measure how the site is used or help with advertising, and those run only if you allow them.
2. Cookies on this website
We keep this to a minimum. Today we run no analytics or advertising cookies here, and we host our fonts and assets ourselves, so opening a page does not load anything from a third party. The only things we store relate to your consent choice: the choice itself, so we can remember it, and the reference to its record. If we add analytics or advertising later, the Velo banner will hold those tags until you choose, and only necessary storage will run until then. What runs today:

3. How Velo handles cookies on customer sites
Velo is a consent layer, not a tracker. It sets no marketing cookies of its own. Instead it decides when other tags are allowed to load, based on the visitor's choice, and passes the matching Google Consent Mode v2 signals. The only thing Velo stores for itself is a pseudonymised record of the consent choice.
On a customer's website the Velo banner stores the items below. All are strictly necessary: they remember the visitor's choice and link it to its record, and none is used for tracking or advertising. velo_receipt and velo_subject are set when the banner records choices in Velo, which is the default. Customers who list their cookies by hand can copy these rows into their own cookie notice.

4. Managing your choices
On this site, open the cookie button in the bottom corner at any time to review or change your choice. In your browser settings you can also block or delete cookies, though some parts of sites may then work less well.

If the cookies or storage we use change, we will update this page and the date at the top.
