Partner terms.

LegalLast updated 23 September 2026 · Velo, a product of AmplioData OÜ

The terms for agencies in the Velo partner programme.

These partner terms apply when you open a Velo partner account. They add to the terms of service, which still govern everything these terms do not cover. The programme is run by AmplioData OÜ (registered in Estonia, Business Register code 17190588; full details in the legal notice). By ticking the box when you sign up, you accept these terms on behalf of your agency and confirm you are allowed to do so.

1. Joining

Anyone can open a partner account at portal.veloconsent.com. There is no approval step: once you confirm your email address, your account and your referral link work. We record the date you accepted these terms. If you already use Velo, you can turn your existing account into a partner account instead of opening a second one.

2. How clients are linked to you

  • Your referral link. Anyone who opens it and creates a new Velo account within 30 days is linked to you, whether they sign up with an email address or with Google.
  • An email invite. Invites you send from the portal stay valid for 14 days.
  • Each Velo account can be linked to one partner only. Once an account is linked, no other partner can link it.
  • If you change your referral link in the portal, the old link stops working.

3. What you earn

  • You earn 20% of what each client you refer pays Velo, on every plan, for as long as their account keeps paying.
  • Your share is worked out on what the client pays excluding VAT, from the date they were linked to you, and in euros.
  • You do not earn a share on clients who already had a Velo account before they were linked to you. You can still manage their account if they give you access.
  • Refunds are deducted from your next statement.

4. Statements and payment

After each calendar quarter closes, your statement for that quarter appears in the portal with the exact amount you earned. When there is an amount to pay, we email you, you upload an invoice for that amount in the portal (PDF, PNG or JPEG, up to 10 MB), and we pay it once we have reviewed the statement. Amounts under €50 are not paid out that quarter; they roll over to the next one.

5. Access to your clients' accounts

A client who signs up through your referral link or accepts your invite gives you access to manage their account. For a client who already used Velo, the account owner decides. With access, you can work on their banner, sites, scans, consent records and privacy requests. You cannot change their billing: you can suggest an upgrade, and the client confirms it. The client can end your access at any time, and so can you. Ending access does not end your share.

Depending on how you work with a client, you may be a joint controller with them for their visitors' data. Each of you remains responsible for your own part.

6. Fair use

  • You cannot refer an account you own. Such a link is refused.
  • Links where you and the client share a company email domain are checked before any payment.
  • We may suspend a partner account if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, for example by referring yourself through another company. The unpaid statements of a suspended account are cancelled.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will move the date at the top when we do. Material changes will be made clear in advance. Liability, governing law and everything else not covered here are set by the terms of service.
